you must install THP into the toribash folder. Also, the image must be a targa image file. You cannot use paint to save a .tga file. Please check out my "create a head" tutorial for more information.

i opened it in photoshop (you can download a free demo online), saved it as a jpeg, opened the jpeg, and saved it as a targa file.

im 95 % sure you saved it with the RLE compression on
this causes the small file size but it wont allow it in toribash ;)
