What is "original flame"?

You'll need to purchase access to the "flame forge" in order to make flames. You can also get someone who has access to make them for you. Then pay 'em and stuff.
Also; the amount of credits required to make a flame depends completely on how the flame looks itself.

Flame Particle Texture is a texture for flame particles. Without a flame, you dont have any flame particles. If you don't want to buy forger, you can purchase flames from a flame shop. Here is a list: http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=98133

Actually no, you need an existing flame to insert a texture for it to actually show the texture once both flames are activate it. The texture also applies to all flames.
