Just for your guy's information, if you're having trouble getting your head to work, and you have clan tags, remove them in the "ingame name" section of your profile on the forums. Then use the texture uploader to load a texture with your name in it. Like for me I uploaded "Mad-Sex-whore.tga", but I hear .jps, .gifs, pretty much all .xs work. I just know I had a lot of trouble because it kept using my clan tags, which the game itself wouldn't recognize.
