I have made a simple head texture for my account using the head template. How to I add this to my character? I have saved it as 'head.tga'. Do I put it inside the dragos240 folder inside the custom folder? Or use the tori folder??

You go to the website and click shop, and click the textures link on the sidebar. Then upload your picture, it should show up next time you go online

Do I have to purchase anything? Last time I thought I did.....

Actually it does seem that I have to pay 2k tc to get a custom head. Is this a 1 time payment.... or wherever you upload a head you have to pay 2000 tc?

And it's 10x more expensive than what you priced it at.
To upload your head texture without purchasing the item you can go to your toribash folder, wherever you saved it as. Go into it's files, into the custom folder, find your name and paste your designed head in there as head.tga.
