i dont see what wrong with my heads.
only the ninja head is done in 128x128 and its very small thats why i make em all 260x260

The problem is that they are too large.

Toribash uses 128x128. Therefore, preview them in 128x128.

Resize the large ones to 128x128. Make those into spinning globes. Post those instead of the huge versions.
