Alright, this record sucks with dismembers, so we are going back to no dismembers. The last record I could find with no dismembers for this was:

71.19 m/s

Which I just beat with 71.64m/s. Edit: up to 71.71

You can easily get a lot more speed out of that.
Just extend the other knee the frame before, as proof of concept.
Easily.
I got it up to .98 with a couple seconds fiddling.
