Hold All
Contract Hips
Extend Knees
Space x7 (this is not the jump) You will hit his head also dont worry

Extend Ankles
Space Until both knees touch the ground
Contract Hips
Extend Knees
Contract Ankles
Contract Pecs
Extend Abs
Lower Shoulders
Space Away
Thats it, i suppose you can mess around with your legs in the air to get higher or more rotation
