The head.tga texture was probably replaced with hampa's. Goto
C:/Games/Toribash3.x/Custom/Tori.
Delete the texture, and if it doesn't work, try the same thing, except instead of Custom/Tori, try Custom/Uke.

dont it have another items? it includes tc?
