Click on the replay file.
Rename it.
Done.

If you mean inside the replay as well .. open up the replay, press E anytime in the replay (prefrebly near the end so you dont muck up the moves) which will begin edit mode .. just change one joint .. like if its relaxed, make it held. You only need to change 1 thing for as little as 1 frame. Then just press F to save it again and do it under the new name you want !

Open the .rpl with notepad.
After the first few lines:

FIGHT 0; Original_Rpl_Name Gynx uke

Becomes

FIGHT 0; Changed_Rpl_Name Gynx uke
