My thoughts
So, I know this has been repeated god knows how many times without any real results. We should try and regain our activity, you know, like the times we were very active on both ingame and forum?
Ways to do this could be to find new active members, which may boost our activity overall. Or, we could ourselves try and become even more active, a mix of both maybe?
Though I still would like to congratulate the ones of us who have stuck with the clan for so long, despite our inactiveness. We have outlasted quite a few other clans in our time, who have been much more popular/active than us despite that. I do hope we continue to keep going as a clan in the future, in toribash or beyond.
So to sum this up, I would like as many of you to keep remaining active, I may find some sort of incentives for this, maybe some contests or something similar. Perhaps we should hold some ingame and forum contests to boost both. A mix of private and public contests ingame would also do well to increase knowledge of our clan and may also get us some new members.
All ideas are welcome.

How about saturdays or sundays. I'm free most days so it's not an issue for me.

I think friday, saturday and sunday depending on if people CAN join. I could be responsible for checking these things. If a match is wanted we can all go to a thread and we'll dicuss when will fit all.
Yeah, that's good. Plus I think we should all use something to communicate over, be it MSN, Xfire, Steam, IRC, whatever. That way we can keep in touch better and make organizing a lot easier.
