Recently , i heard that hampa did some Qi transfers again , just some simple acc2acc transfers. (I KNOW QI TRANSFERS WERE GONE , Don't bother me about that)

I personally asked hampa to do one for me , he did , thanks to him.
Today , i asked him if he could make me another one (i won't abuse of them , it's just for my friend) , he didn't answer (IRC)

So i'm wondering if the Qi transfers are definitly gone , or if they might be provided by hampa or someone else sometimes.

They are done, sometimes as personal favours. I don't recommend asking, or making threads about it.

Think about it this way, Hampa did you a favour and now you're bothering him for another one. Just leave it at that.

I just think it's not fair that some people can have more than 1 transfers.

What isn't fair is having to go through 100s of requests and watch the whole idea of the belt level up system go to crap, as it's abused. That's what Skulfuk and suo went through, hence the fact it's been stopped.
