I downloaded new Toribash v3.04. I started the game and it was so low resolution that i coudnДt see any words which were written in small text. PLZ HELP

try full screen, and this should be in the support section. phail.

If it doesnt work, try re-installing, it may also be your graphics card...
And as KeitaroCoS said, this should be in Support.

Did it happen with earlier versions of Toribash ?
What graphics card do you have ?
(Make sure you have the latest drivers for it)

Go to the shortcut right click and choose properties, add -width 1024 -hieght 1024 to the end of the shortcut path.

Hit ok.
