fixing my daynights?
tb, i really fucked the way i sleep.. I am working up on 15:00 and going to sleep on 4:00 am.. i really need to fix this.. i perfer waking up till 9:00 and going to sleep less than 12:00.. i tried to do this, but when i try to wake up im saying.. of fuck it im so tired.. and when i go to sleep i cannot sleep.. any tips?
I used to be like that...and I just put my alarm clock at 6am and try to be up and standing as soon as it rings. After 1/2 weeks I fixed it and now I can fall asleep at 11pm and wake up at 7-8 am.


Well, that`s how I fixed it.

1. Get a morning shift job.
2. Get an evening shift job.
3. Go there, and be tired as shit all day, hating yourself for going to bed so late.
4. Come back and sleep.
5. Repeat

When your supposed to be awake, be awake. When you are supposed to be asleep, go to sleep.
Yeah, pretty much willpower. Try to get tired a lot and sleep the most you can, when you don't have stuff to do. That ought to fix your sleep schedule.
get off of work or whatever and excersise or beat the shit out of your animals to get really tired, then sleep. (preferred is exercise) cuz it gets you tired and what not. or go to a doctor and talk to em bout sleeping pills.

Also try exercising. Works wonders.
