fixing my daynights?
tb, i really fucked the way i sleep.. I am working up on 15:00 and going to sleep on 4:00 am.. i really need to fix this.. i perfer waking up till 9:00 and going to sleep less than 12:00.. i tried to do this, but when i try to wake up im saying.. of fuck it im so tired.. and when i go to sleep i cannot sleep.. any tips?
