i have a problem, i am trying to upload a gif for my avatar but when i upload it, it doesn't move. any help?

i'm trying to upload this

make it smaller, like 80/80, if its toobig, it doesn't animate.

how do you make it smaller, i'm not really an expert at this kind of stuff. i would really appreciate it if you help me out

download Gimp and then open your picture then go to the image tab and then Image size and change it to 80x80

its starting to move now. thank you for all the help guys
