Shaders kill my other pc fps
i have 2 computers at home 1 where shaders work and this where im atm.

on the better computer shaders work BUT fps is always like 23-38

settings with shaders are these
Reflection:0
shaders:1
soft shadows:0
fluid blood:0
frame skipping:1

whats wrong?

May i ask how much Ram your computer has? Also what processor(s) you have ??
