you can't turn decapitation off! you can turn dismemberment off though, so just go to game rules, dismemberment threshold, change that to 1, press enter

well even if this is a retarded question i will answer it just go to gamerule on the menu and there should be an option there called dismemberment and change that from zero to 0ne
