Lately i have been having some problems with getting into trouble that really shouldn't be trouble at all. I just got banned for 5 days and perma-banned from market for a useless post. It was my 4th one which is why but it usually takes 5 times. And now this: Today i was infracted for a useless post in WIBBLES! I don't even think i did anything wrong. Here is the proof. I was infracted by avwave.

turns out from that one useless post i am banned for 5 days and permabanned from the market.

You got permabanned from the market for spamming\useless posts, which isn't really abuse, well in my eyes its not abuse. Seems right to me. The wibbles part, is what i'm confused on.

Well I do agree that some of the reasons why infractions are given has become a little ridiculus nowadays, however I also think you should think about your posts a little more. Talk to a higher authority and see what their reaction is.

Anyone with complaints regarding the useless posts infraction and how often it gets given can send them to any Smod/Admin's PM box, and they will be promptly ignored unless they have some reasoning behind them. You got an infraction because people who got permabanned can be messed with if we find out they're in another account. You're permabanned after all, we have to make it mean something, right? Although not obligatory, it's always nice to mess with the supposedly banned.

Maybe avwave thought you hadn't gotten enough of a punishment yet. ;)
