I've turned off all of my firewalls reinstalled the game redownloaded the game and i still cannot connect to or create a server i'm out of ideas what should i do

It may be a case that you're qi is not high enough to enter other rooms.

I can see you're a yellow belt. Are you trying to enter black belt rooms?

i can niether host nor enter any game rooms

Do you see the server games list?

i can see all the servers that are up but when i attempt to join it shows
forwarding to 66.230.225.210:20182
Connected to 66.230.225.210:20182

but then after about twenty seconds of it telling me to wait it will say not connected

Yeah, it's a ping problem.

Try again until you finally can connect.

Note that it might take two or three tries to get in.

yeah i'm in a dorm i have highspeed from the college so i don't understand how the ping could do that
