I've come up with another move, using the same arm rip using contracting elbows principle, this time with a jump and from the normal 100 away. Hope this hasn't been shown before lol but this whole thing's a learning experience for me. :P

Extend knees
Extend hips
Extend pecs
Extend abs

Lower Shoulders
