what do you do to get onto multiplayer it always says im not connected?

Go to Log-In.
Type in your Username and Password, press enter. You should be logged in by now. Try to play multiplayer now.

re-install it, try logging in (again), re-download it, and dont fricken triple post!!! (use the edit button, thats why its there) and look around the forums before you post, this belongs in the support section -.-
