how to u become a administrator because they get to do more stuff and i want to be one

Basically become a respected helpful member for a long period of time. Become a Moderator and succeed and get promoted, and if a opening spot comes up you might get it. However there is no such place to "post" to become A mod. It will come with time, if you ever get it.

Also, some advice, type how you would talk, if you went up to someone, and would literaly say "Hi, y were you roflmao'ing, pls tll me, thnx," it'd be weird, no offence or anything. I knew someone like that, trust me, its creepy.

Most administrators actually do something helpful, like MBK is the clan guy...but, yeah.
