I like it, if it is supposed to be a woman (Witch i think it is) then you should make the face a little more feminine. Right now the face could pass off as a man, in my opinion. For first computer art work, i give it a 8/10.

yeah it shuld be a manga. (i think tha face is a bit to small)

The right side of the face is what truly throws it off, its really pointy. Also try giving the mouth a little more detail.
