How does setting up a server work in ver3? Does it cost TC or do I need download something separate or what? All the help on this Ive seen is pre-ver3.

Also when I fullscreen the game it crashes. I can enable shaders just fine tho (and they look damn good)

You can't create servers until the new ToriLauncher is out, and we don't know when that'll be.

Try opening the widescreen version of the game - which you can find in the root Toribash folder - if you're using widescreen. If that doesn't help, then press T and type "/resolution 800 x 600", then press enter.

Warning, that's bad for your resolution, the correct method is...

/resolution 800 600

I assume you mean 1024x768. If you don't, then it might be worth using the previous resolution command to set the in-game resolution to 1024x768.

Ya thats what i meant i couldnt remember the last digits. Anyway the resolution is already set to 800 x 600 and still the crash as soon as i turn Fullscreen to 1. Also if i set the resolution to 1024 x 768 and then fullscreen it, it still crashes.

Just as a test, try changing the game resolution back to 800x600, then doing the same with your monitor.
