The glow around the reaper doesn't fit. Raise the opacity on it or apply a heavy gaussian blur or something to feather it out. I like the outline though, very nice. Maybe add some more outlines of a background graveyard or something like that. The text is bad in the pic as well.

Second Edit : Better or Worse?

I think the second edit is better, that color blue on the first one doesnt look much like death in my opinion. The only two things are the scythe has that little white circle, if its supposed to be a hole in the scythe, it doesnt look natural. Secondly, you cant see the Lord Reaper text much. Looks more like Ord Deaner at the moment. Maybe try to make the text stand out a bit more.

Generally, I like it, just fix those small flaws and it will look better.

second edit is much better, i like this a lot. Text definitely needs to stand out more, and also i'd even try a different font to match the horror kind of feel. Also what Eckz said about the circle in the scythe, it needs to be smoothed a bit. I think the top left looks way too empty, definitely add some more objects and i think a little red would go nicely (like blood or something)

in general it's really nice, but too much empty space for my liking. keep it up =] 6/10 so far

in 2nd version R looks like P and read it like lord peanut :c

The Third Edit
Just fix the text and the scythe

There really isn't much to it. It's a grim reaper cropped with a grundge background.

The text doesnt really fit at all and nothing in the pic has any flow. No detail. It needs stuff in it, tombstones, trees, etc.
