Yes, it is a collectors item. Just like the Warrior's badge, or the Monk badge, it doesn't do anything but sit in your inventory. There is only one slowmotion ghost. Sheva is trying to pass this off as something really cool. Also, reported for making another thread about selling slowmotion ghosts before 24 hours.
