It is a bit simple. I like the chest textures they look pretty good, but the arm textures are a bit short and cut off. the hands are decent too, but a bit simple. 5/10

I'd make the white color a dark grey. On the arm make the shapes match the curve of the joints better. Just make the neck a solid grey color. It's never fun to look at. You need to experiment or do research to figure out how to properly mirror textures from the left side to the right side or vice versa. Might turn out really well.

I think it needs to add some shading...
but for now it's nice.
and complete full body textures and please add the head.

About the set:

It looks overdone for a minimal set.
Simply too many details not placed smart enough.
The hands are very random, I like the idea you tried to do on the arms though.
Too bad you didn't went all out on it, it looks half done. IF you want this set to work as a minimalistic one,
you need to get your shapes to match with the spheres and blocks of the Tori perfectly.
