Hi guys, i hope this is the rigth session to post.
I have a problem with the TC points, in game i have 870 Tc points but when i go to buy something in the shop on the forum i can read i have 0 TC and no achivements (0 fitgh win etc etc and i'm a green belt instead)

there is something i can do to fix that or i have to do somethign before i can use tc points ? (i'm logged in the game and the forum too when i try to buy)i hope you can help me in some ways, tnx in advance.

Edit: i have tried to do the "earn free tc points" watching a video click on the link and i can now see the 35 new point added on my account... but the rest of 870 in game points there are no upgraded

Wierd, you should be logged in on the shop as well. Are you sure youre buying qi appropriate items?

Is this happening on erg3cko? Because on that account, it shows that you have 35 TC (which I see you got from a survey.), 0 QI, and 0 Rank.

Are you sure the information you provided us was legitimate?

Just login like you would ingame
