Okay, I checked the post in the FAQ about missing items; I have the gradient activated and I have played plenty of games since I bought it yet the gradient still fails to show up.
I bought the gradient from the trade center, my toricredits were taken and it shows up in my inventory.

Can some one please tell me how to get this working?

Activate it.

Yeah, once you activate it, you must give it atleast 10 minutes and it will appear in game. good luck and i hope it looks stylin!

Well, I've lost a pure primary gradient... I bought it when the Gradients were out... I've lost 1500tc ='(

There was a topic about it, you could've been refunded.

On Topic: Read posts above. Activate and wait. If doesn't work, deactivate and activate. If it still doesn't work, PM an admin.

Regardless, Lightningkid was apparently having the same problem. Mail Support and ask what's up; also post the contents of autoupdate.log here. It might be an error server-side.

I haven't got around to deactivating and reactivating the item yet but I will give that a shot when I get a chance. If nothing here seems to help then I will try e-mailing an administrator.

Edit: It is working now. I do not know what made it work but who cares? Thank you, to everyone who was helpful.

Edit: I just noticed I have another autoupdate.log file located in my autosave folder. Is it normal for there to be two of these files? I am going to post the content of the second file as the two of them seem to be different.

Two different files don't matter - one seems to appear when you run a replay. Regardless, thanks for posting the info.
