1.When your viewing an item and you see this:

Owned by 594 players.
Total in circulation: 1,378

What happened to the other 700-800 bloods that arent owned but in circulation?

2.Can a TSA transfer items from a perma-banned account?

3. Can accounts get deleted from toribash permanently?

4. How long does it usually take for you to get a certian achievement? (got a full set of crimson and copper, dont know when I will get it.)

1. They are owned. That means a person owns more than one of them.

2. Yes, but it never happens.

3. Yes, but it never happens.

4. Should happen within 24 hours, through the automated system.
