Clan TC theft
This guy seems to have a case. But I'm not entirely sure about what to do.

There aren't really many rules about this. So I'll need to know a few more details before I can do anything about it.
Without knowing the details, if he was incharge of that TC then it kinda justifies it. On the other hand, if it was agreed to be shared for the clan and its members, then thats where I can help.
First of all he was the the leader but the founder was ''Nadhif". Nadhif quit the clan because he was so mad about his conduct against him and pass it to him and nadhif joined "Coffe". A few days later masterx3 passed the leader ship to me and quit the clan. So if he quited the clan leader position, all the stuff of the leader are pass to me: Bank,Forum Acc and Discussion Thread. None of that was agree and he closed DSC with no reason. Then 1 day later I sended him a message saying: "Wheres the bank acc, you stole the money?" and he replys: "im not stoling, when i was the leader i am making profit."
So it was a plan? To make a clan beggin for tc and closing it when you got enough?. Then I checked his Transaction History and found that he transfer the TC to a guy named TheFail "70k" to makes him a flame that was not supposed to be trade according to Nadhif. All clans members where mad when I told them that masterx3 stole the money that they made winning tourneys, buying tc and selling stuff. So I want the 70k back that he stole from [reach] since like you said, the person incharge gets the money and I want it for my clan purpose and a bann for him for stoling the clans profit.
Proof that he passed me Leader ship:
1#-he passed me Leadership
#2-He quit [Reach]
Never happend.
#3-Giving money back<---Don't know wat that means giving 70k back from 50k
4#-Proof of the hardworking people who made the money

Get the leader to turn over the money stolen from the account and place it back in the bank, not to the people individually. Just because there was a hiccup doesn't mean we have to take care of the refunds - if you donate money to a cause, you are not expecting it back. End of story. If you donate to a bank and don't get it back then that's not our problem - otherwise why donate? Unless documented proof of refunds are attached we do nothing for these types of cases. You can however be pissed off that someone's making a profit out of you by leading you to believe the money will go towards something productive (clan officiality, charity, helping Japan) and then using it on other shit (walking off with it, cocaine, helping the rich get richer). It's it's a scam, fuck him for it.

Basically he was the leader when he took the TC. Now I think he's saying he was actually going to buy and sell to make more for the clan. All he did was buy flames or something and he was down 30k from where he started anyway. Ishi removed the remaining TC from the account but it hasn't been returned to the bank. What ever happens, we wont be paying it out to the members individually. It was clearly intended for the clan and not individuals.
A clan bank is a shared sort of storage of TC. It has come from various members to collaborate into one fund that is used for clan purposes.
The fact that one person (the leader) took that money for his own benefit is horrendous.
masterx3 is at fault here and should definitely be confronted.

Masterx3 claims he took the 70000TC to try and make profits from it "for the clan" (he wasn't very good and it was probably a lie to cover it up). Anyway, The remaining 38840TC has been returned to ReachBank. I really don't care about what happens with masterx3, but I think we could give him a lil ban for being an untrustworthy clan leader and taking their TC without permission.
