What program can i get that allows me to view replays ? cause i keep getting some menu with a spyglass saying search the web for the answer and it always comes back with nothing

You don't need a program, you just need to download the replays you wanna watch.
Example:

1. Download some replays
2. Highlight them, copy them
3. Go to your Toribash 3.9 directory and enter a folder called "replays".
4. paste the replays you wanna watch
5. Open Toribash > Setup > replays
6. Find the replay you wanna watch and....well...watch it : )

You can skip the first five steps by right clicking the replay link, clicking "Save file as", and saving it in your Toribash (Previously stated) replay folder.

Next time, check if the same question has been asked at least on the first page.
