When making a new thread, at the bottom of the page is an additional section called 'Additional Options'. In that section 'Post a Poll'. Tick the box located under that. After submitting the post, you'll be able to edit which options voters can choose, and if voters can choose multiple options.

Or when u have a thread u can go to top right hand corner and click thread tools and u can figure it out from there.
