Thanks Hamr, Also, how do you get the things on the welcome package? Just simply download them? Because I looked on and couldn't find anything about the welcome back package.

If you're in the US, there's a whole section called Welcome Back. Follow their instructions.

If you're in Europe, I just saw an ad popping up on the side a lot. Click that, follow instructions.

If for some reason, it doesn't let you download your free games and the option vanishes, do the following.

Account Management > Services List > SCE Promotions.

Should be in there.

And if by any chance I haven't used my PS3 in about 3 months, can I get this stuff?

As long as you had an account in the store, you can.
