Are you allowed to have VIP animated .gif backgrounds?
Basically he title is the question. I have one for now but if it's not okay I'll change it.

Actually all animated backgrounds are not allowed. There is a size limit for the images and if you exceed that you will know because they will tell you.

Please off your animated background cause it make my computer going slow.

Also, Animated background not allowed.

In 2016, I'm no longer a member of toribash forum. The ex-administration (who's permbanned now) used to power abuse and opposed to me, and we are unable to reach a compromise. I am morally prohibited from staying here. I might still posting around on my friend or clan threads sometimes but not much. Goodbye.
