A texture set?

Well, you need to have texture items, wich you dont. Then, go in torishop, under deactive you have textures, and there you can upload textures once you bought a texture items. A full 128 texture(not the images, the items) cost about ~15-24k depending on how good are your marketing skills

Basicly like liquidoom said.
You need to buy texture items in order to equip the pictures.
Costs 38,000 total if you buy from torishop, or lower depending how you haggle with people who are selling thiers.
