I used to do Aikido myself...
But I quit it because I was getting too high expectations from everybody 'cos I was 'Sensei's son' ... >>

You can only criticise a man once you've walked a mile in his shoes...
It's hard to do techniqes but I focus on moving the guy so he loses balance and falls over. Somehow like aikido ^^
