okay so im not active much, but my borther found out he was banned today, so he asked me to have a look at the forum rules, both to justify his banning and to make sure i dont get banned... ever

so i got on and looked for them, and looked some more, then used the search button, and couldnt find them. why are they not stickied on the top of every thread or something like that to make them more findable.

can someone point me in the right direction please?
