Like? Any suggestions for improvement?
The intro somehow was messed up but other than that, everything else looks good from my perspective.

you have to fix your resolution,
imo you dont really need after effects for editing, you should first get really good at editing with sony vegas. also please dont use 3d in your future videos. and please dont do pc montages, go get cod4 or css or whatever and do fragmovies if you wanna make a montage get console gameplay, other than that it was great.

I do have css and cod4 but css for some reason doesn't interest me. I guess i could go for promod for cod4 and mw2.

pc aint made for montages since montages are only crappy and boring pub gameplay edits they dont really require skill :3

Olik's right. Public gaming on a PC depends more on luck than on skill or tactics.
If you want to start with CoD4 you should look up Tek9 or something for some demos.
Anyway, there was less sync than I expected when I heard that song and the velocity didn't really fit in. You should also get some good CC on and it'll look a lot better.
Also Hazard Cinema intro even though this is your first montage? Try to get better and then add the intro.
