I started working on this head about 2 months ago, just thought i would finish it

at the end of the left hairsite whats up with the hair? the skin looks good to me but the hair messed it a bid up

nose could do with some softening up and the hairline is very rigid.
the hair detail itself is pretty cool, simple and effective.
can we get a shot of the back so we can see how the hair meets?

right eyes is not match with the glowing eyes, amybe change the colour of the glowing eyes, maybe red.
And good mapping btw.

The nose is off, but I do know it's hard to make a nose look good on a sphere.
The hair on the forehead looks unnatural. The straight line, it needs to be a bit more inconsistent.
Flat ears.
I really like what you did with the scar, it's pretty boss.

Looks pretty nice.
The mapping is pretty decent and the hair fits with the rest of the face, but it looks a little jagged.
I noticed the red veins on the face. If you can make a few of them a bit more 'plump', I think it would look a little better.
The right eye looks a little strange as well.
Maybe you can incorporate a little of that orange glow from the left eye onto that?
