This tutorial can help.
If you use Gimp, open the head texture and go to Filters --> Animations --> Spinning Globe and then click on frames and enter something around 50. The bigger the number, the slower the head will spin.
When it writes all of the frames, a new window of gimp will open. In this new window, Go to File --> Save as.. --> File extensions and choose ".gif" from the list and then finally, choose a directory where you want to save it and then click save.
Done. You can see a gif file on the directory where you saved it. It will be a spinning head. You can now upload this to
Imageshack or
TinyPic and get the direct link and then post it here by clicking on
this icon and pasting the direct link in it.
