you know this for sure, or your making an assumption he said he didn't like the game any more and was giving his inventory away.

He used the Clan Bank of our clan to buy a ton of items after we kicked him out, and is now giving them away.

Our clan bank totaled over 150K TCs.

I'd call that stealing.

Iceman was leader of clan [NO] and stole over 100k from the clan.

Then he abandoned the clan and as far as i know he bought pharos force and a bicep texture.
I was the first one on the job to fix this.
