Yeah this type of POVray takes forever to render. Here's another one I did with the same settings.

nice wallpaper, i've tried experimenting with those incs but they take absoloutely ages with a decent res and anti aliasing on my pc, and half of my renders suck so i decided it just wasnt worth the effort :P
