Is it ok for me to make a tutorial about cinema 4D (3D program) and post it into tutorials. Or will i get punished for that.

Maybe find or create a rendering 3D art org and do it there. Tutorials are mostly for Toribash related stuff I'm pretty sure. Better ask a mod there though, they might let you do it.

Yes. The tutorials board is mainly for toribash related tutorials. You could probably go to the T3AL org and try too apply. Maybe then you could post your tutorial ;)

You can make any tutorial threads that is related to Toribash or the community, but make sure it is valuable.

But as for first 3D tutorial, I reccomend posting in a T3AL organization after you got accepted there.
