You can put bountys on people for 2000TC.
You then decide how much the one who wins over the guy you're putting a bounty on gets.
The first one to win over him gets that TC.

If you only want the text under your name, do not, I repeat, NOT check the "ingame bounty text requires 2000tc" and you will be able to set bounty text for only 100 tc.
