so i got a 28k tc voucher and it says it comes with hand textures, i consumed the voucher but cannot find the hand textures anywhere where are they >.>

Ask hampa(?) to send them to you.
It isn't automatic (I don't think, if it was like the trails) so, you'll have to ask someone.
