[Q] Question for One of the Ops
How do i add a gift card to paypal cuz my paypal didnt take it and i tried five times and it took 5.00$ from my card and is that illegal?

Well this is a question to ask the Paypal people not us. Go to paypal.com and click support.

When I added a gift card I just typed the code and was done. It is possible that they took $5, though you probably agreed to it (even if you don't know it), so it probably is legal.

Ask them.
