I would like to know , what could / should I add to this sketch .... ( will do the ears )

Stubble, and when your shading and adding details etc make the jaw more defined.

I would say that when you get to the shading part, make sure to not forget that he wears a cowl, not a face.

@Freelancer : What is the material he's wearing named ? Also , is there a texture online for that material .. ?

He uses nomex fabric with sewn in kevelar plates, guess the cowl is just the nomex fabric.
Cowl also houses a radio and antenna in his ears.

Nomex fabric is a real fabric and texture for it can be found.

Edit: Nevermind , nomex is used for the suit, the cowl is mixed armor, nomex and always seem to be different.
