Hey.
Work on that realism and flow. I see in your replays you like to keep your arm sticking up. Maybe you should try instead of raising and lowering your arms, you leave them in relax and let your pec/ chest/ speed do the work for you (if you're punching i'd say contract the elbow then relax the pec and shoulder and let the chest do the raising for you). What happens with this is the faster you can learn to turn, the higher the arm will raise on its own. Once you get better you'll learn how to do this by letting your elbow contract by itself and then using speed to extend it from an held position. Looks nicer that way. Also, try to keep on your feet and to keep the moves going. In 'MY SELF SPAR' tori and uke fell over a bit and took pauses. My advice to self spars is to use 10 turnframes and try and play it like you're in multiplayer, just controlling uke and tori at the same time. Don't let one of the players fall over like that
.
Thats my advice... Play alot of sparring with pro's (not with noobs, you wont get anywhere with that XD) for maybe a week or so, take in some of this, and you'll see great improvements. Good Luck
