Black belt should be enought to join Urban.

Besides, how many of Urban fighters have a black belt? I see only people who are 3rd or higher ;) My 2nd is lowest!
And how many black belts wants to join us? Too many? Don't think so.

I like the concept, tho i partly agree with MasaPL.

My reasons for only a partial agreement with MasaPL is purely due to my want for more quality in the clan. Not that I'm dissatisfied with the quality of our current members. I now feel we need to start developing and enhancing our current members in both MP and SP.

I am proposing that we start training programs.

I will start simple and we can expand if the idea starts to gain validity in purpose and we see a positive response.

Every Friday I will be overseeing TK training in the Urban server from 18:00 until 21:00.

This will involve simple and objective analysis of starts as well as fighting elegance in general. Also anytime i am around in MP please ask and i will spec and give constructive criticism. I will be asking you guys to do the same and give me feed back on my movement. As a final point I will take this opportunity to say again that I want to see all members post 3 or more replays in the replay thread, I warn you I have a high standard in SP and will be harsh to begin with but I will explain as we go
