Tools used : Adobe Photoshop CS5 and mouse

I found the sketch to this sitting on my hard driveef
d decided to finish it.
Initially I made it "cartoonish" but then started shading and ended up with this.

Any comments and suggestions as to what I should changefnd add is appreciated, as I feel as if something's missing, but can't figure out what atm; also I think the eyes are too small?

WIP2 ears remade and some other stuff:

pretty realistc, the ears looks weird without the holes...
pretty good. but somehow on some part of the head it looks plain.

Thanks for your comment, yep the ears are what I need to fix asap. I'm thinking of adding some wrinkles as well, I'll see how that goes.
